BINGARA GORGE

Since the approval of the Bingara Gorge Concept Plan in 2006, substantive development has occurred at the Bingara Gorge Precinct.

These included the delivery of Pembroke Village, Greenbridge Village, parts of Fairways East and Highlands Villages located to the southern part of the wider site. Other features include a Country Club, Wilton Primary School, a local centre, a childcare centre, and an 18-hole golf course.

More recent development approvals within the Bingara Gorge estate include another Local Centre that will deliver a full line supermarket and associated retail tenancies.
