As part of our commitment to engage with the community on key matters and strategic priorities, Strategic Reference Groups and Advisory Groups provide community members with opportunities to contribute and participate.
The system was implemented and members appointed under Council Resolution 159/2022 at the Council meeting of June 2022.
The monthly Community Forums provide the community with the opportunity to address Council on matters relating to the Council Meeting Agenda, or any general matter.
These forums provide a way for community members to offer input directly to Councillors, and are coordinated and overseen by our Governance, Integrity and Ethics Team.
You can view important community information on the Public Notices and Exhibitions page on our website, including updated council policies, development applications received, and public exhibitions of strategies.
When documents are on Public Exhibition you can also view them at Council’s Customer Service Centre on Menangle Road in Picton, and at Wollondilly Library.
If you’d like to lodge a request, manage your rates, make a booking, or provide a comment, complaint or compliment, Council’s Customer Portal is your one-stop-shop. Creating an account means your interactions through the Customer Portal can be tracked for easy access in the future.
