Dudley Chesham Sportsground Multipurpose Building is moving along quickly now with the brick work nearly completed. Wall cladding and waterproofing of wet areas is continuing well.

The Dudley Chesham Sportsground Multipurpose building is progressing very well and really taking shape.  The roof sheeting is currently being installed along with the utility fit out indoors. 

The brickwork is continuing  and concrete blade walls are now fully constructed.  Installation of the stormwater lines is continuing.

The Dudley Chesham Sportsground multipurpose building is starting to take with now. See the updates:

• Brickwork in progress 
• Formwork and steel reinforcement to concrete blade walls to grandstand in progress.

You can now see the footprint of the Dudley Chesham Sportsground multipurpose building and it's really good. Here is an update on the work on site.

• Ground Floor slab has been poured
• Brickwork has commenced on site 
• Installation of stormwater pits / lines from building to Creek in progress.

Here is where we are up to with the Dudley Chesham Sportsground multi-purpose building.

• Detailed excavation completed
• Lift pit waterproofing completed
• In-ground services for hydraulics and electrical completed 
• Stormwater lines to western side of building completed   
• Installation of plastic membrane and steel reinforcement cages commenced on site. 

• Detailed excavation nearly completed 
• Lift Pit slab / walls completed. Waterproofing to be applied once concrete has cured.
• Stormwater lines to be installed from 4/04/2024.  

There is lots happening at the Dudley Chesham Sportsground - multipurpose facility before we can start building.  The installation of the piers is now complete and other service installation will commence shortly.

Excavation is coming along well at the site with the installation of 132 piers due to be completed soon.
