Wollondilly Shire Council are offering sponsored Safer Drivers Courses for Wollondilly residents aged 16-25, with Southern Highlands PCYC. Normally $140, Council fully fund a limited number of places on the course each year for local families.
The NSW Safer Drivers Course is delivered in two modules, a 3-hour workshop followed by a 2-hour in-car drive with a qualified coach. After completion, participants will receive a 20-hour credit in their Learner Log Book.
“The Safer Drivers Course aims to provide learner drivers with the knowledge they need to reduce road risks and prevent accidents by becoming a safe driver. As an Accredited Provider of the transport for NSW Safer Drivers Course, PCYC NSW know that our students will complete the course with a greater of understanding of how to be a safe P-plate driver” - PCYC.

Fundamental information and training on safe driving
Must be a Wollondilly resident
Must be aged between 16-25
Must be on a current learners license and have a minimum of 50 hours in log book before attending course
Note this program will run for 10 months with courses occurring once a month. Courses are only valid through Southern Highlands PCYC.
