Proposed Rezoning for West Wilton Residential

Council has received a draft Planning Proposal seeking to rezone land in the Wilton Growth Area in the West Wilton Precinct.

The Proposal includes approximately 397 hectares of land to facilitate 2,350 residential lots, a neighbourhood centre, two (2) schools, playing fields and parks.

Please note: this preliminary notification is to spread awareness of the proposal and to seek community feedback before the proposal is assessed and reported to the Local Planning Panel and Council. These assessment reports will include community feedback received during this preliminary notification period.

We are accepting feedback until 28 April 2025.
