Description

Council seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced vendors to provide a quotation for a Human Resource Information System to Wollondilly Shire Council.

Wollondilly Shire Council is currently experiencing significant growth in both the community and the organisation.  The current headcount of staff is approx. 320 and growing and the workforce is supported by the People and Wellbeing Team which provides a range of employee services including payroll, recruitment, HR business partnering, organisational learning and development, WHS, Industrial Relations and Workforce Planning.

To allow the team to provide the best possible service to Council and staff now and into the future, Council is seeking quotations for an integrated HRIS which will aim to streamline services and increase efficiencies.

The objective of the EOI process is to identify those organisations with suitable capacity, capability and experience to deliver the desired Human Resource Information System to Council.

Council will identify applicants that it considers best satisfy the evaluation criteria and invite these organisations to join the shortlist. This is a two stage process with only those organisations that are shortlisted through this EOI process will be eligible to submit tenders for stage two.

Requests for Information

Request for information may be made via the Tenderlink forum after downloading the tender documents.

 

Deadline

Tenders close 5:00pm on 30 April 2025.

 

Lodgement

Tenders must be electronically lodged via the Tenderlink.com  website. Council shall not accept any Tenders after the closing date and time. Council does not accept submissions via email.

Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the EOI process.
