Review of Sensitive Land Uses in Rural Zones

Council is inviting feedback on the initial findings of a review of sensitive uses in rural zones. The review focuses on the following uses in the rural zones in the Shire:

Depots
Transport depots
Truck depots
Freight transport facilities
Cemeteries
Crematoria.

The review considers the current issues plus future risks and potential impacts associated with these uses on rural zoned land, and also considers the context of Council's current Local Strategic Planning Statement (Wollondilly 2040) and adopted Rural Lands Strategy.
