Water Fill Point Trial

To support residents in preparing and protecting their properties during the bushfire season, an overhead standpipe has been installed outside the Oakdale RFS station on Egans Road, Oakedale.

This water filling point will be available to the public from 1 October 2024 to 21 March 2025, offering a crucial resource for residents who are not connected to town water. During this time, residents can fill bulk water containers for use on their properties in case of a bushfire emergency.

Please note, the standpipe will remain locked outside of the bushfire season.
