The Project
Wollondilly Shire Council has been successful in applying for co-funding of the project through the NSW State Governments ‘Resources for Regions’ program to design and construct a shareway linking Picton to Tahmoor along Remembrance Driveway (Old Hume highway). The shareway will form a valuable pedestrian and cycling link between the two towns and also provide a great incentive for locals to participate in active recreation such as cycling and walking.
