It is important to note Development consent may be required for any new food premises or alteration of an existing premises.
Notification means advising us of your business details, including trading name, contact details, location(s), owner details and information indicating the nature of your food business and this can be done via Council's Customer Portal.
After you notify Council your business will be included in Council’s food surveillance program and will most likely have an annual food safety inspection.
