REQUEST FOR TENDERS – KERBSIDE WASTE COLLECTION TENDER 2026

This Request for Tender is for the provision of waste collection services across the Wollondilly local government area (LGA). It requires the following elements:
- Kerbside collections for domestic properties (including Residual Waste, Recyclables and Garden Organics (GO)/Food and Garden Organics (FOGO));
- Kerbside Clean Up Service;
- Public Place Bin collection;
- Event waste bin services and collections;
- Supervised clean up collections;
- Commercial waste services;
- Provision of bins, including Mobile Garbage Bin (MGB) delivery, repair and replacement;
- Waste data collection, management of charging information and verification processes; and
- Customer service and call centre function with integration to Council’s Salesforce and Authority systems.
This contract will be for an initial period of seven (7) years with the option to extend the contract up to three (3) x twelve (12) month periods.
Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced Tenderers only for the procurement of the services above. The resulting contract will be a schedule of rates arrangement.

Requests for Information: Request for information may be made via the Tenderlink forum after downloading the tender documents.
Deadline: Tenders close 23 April 2025 at 11.00am
Lodgement: Tenders must be electronically lodged via the Tenderlink.com website. Council will not accept any Tenders after the closing date and time. Council does not accept submissions via email or facsimile.
Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
