Wilton Growth Area is split into seven precincts, these precinct boundaries were developed by the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure and are reflected in the map below:
The Wilton Town Centre Precinct, was rezoned in 2023 by DPHI. It will be the residential, retail, commercial and entertainment core of the Wilton Growth Area and the largest Strategic Centre in Wollondilly. The Wilton Town Centre will deliver:
The Bingara Gorge Precinct was rezoned in 2005 and is being developed in stages for around 1,800 residential lots. Since 2005, substantial development has occurred, including the delivery of Pembroke Village, Greenbridge Village, parts of Fairways East and Highlands Villages as well as the Country Club, Wilton Primary School, small retail facilities, a childcare centre, and an 18-hole golf course.
The South East Wilton Precinct (Wilton Greens) was rezoned in 2017. It will provide up to 3,600 homes when completed. Stage 1 residential and open space lots development are in progress. Wilton Greens will also support a local centre, a school, playing fields, and active and passive open space.
