• 2020 Wollondilly Christmas Lights Competition Winners Announced

  The winners of the 2020 Wollondilly Christmas Lights Competition were announced at the annual Christmas Lights Dinner last night.
  
  Mayor Robert Khan said, “The Christmas Lights competition is a highlight in the Wollondilly calendar and a fun way to kick off the festive season.”

  Council invites tenders for the rehabilitation of Kennedy Creek, Appin.

  Wollondilly’s Australia Day Awards winners for 2020 were announced at a ceremony in the Picton Botanical Gardens this morning which was live streamed to the whole community.

• Face to face programs resume at Wollondilly Library as Covid-19 restrictions ease

  After a challenging year in 2020 when most library events were held online, Wollondilly Library staff are excited to be welcoming residents back in person for some of their favourite adult’s and children’s programs.

• New Customer Service Portal Launched for Wollondilly Residents

  Wollondilly residents can now manage and track their own customer service requests online thanks to a new customer service portal launched today.
  
  This will mean requests are actioned quicker and residents will be updated in real time as Council acts on the request.

• Sydney Water staff work with Council to restore local bushland

  Wollondilly Council is hosting a tree planting day for Sydney Water staff this Friday, 19 February to assist with the restoration of bushland along Racecourse Creek at Picton Sportsground.

  Wollondilly Council, on behalf of its residents, is calling on the NSW Government to commit to, fund and deliver a road bypass for Picton.

• Bushfire Community Grants Program open to Wollondilly residents

  Funding of up to $2000 is now available to 32 bushfire impacted residents in the Wollondilly Shire whose properties were devastated by the Green Wattle Creek bushfires of 2019/20.
