New Director for Customer & Corporate Services welcomed to Wollondilly Council

Following a very competitive recruitment process, Wollondilly Council has appointed a new Director, Customer & Corporate Services.
Caroline Argent will be leading the newly established Directorate to deliver organisational improvements and focus on customer excellence across the organisation.
CEO Ben Taylor said, “Ms Argent brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record leading challenging and complex organisations and delivering outstanding results for customers and stakeholders.”
“Our focus is on providing outstanding customer service and I look forward to Caroline making a real difference for our community”.
“She is taking up this role during a pivotal time for Wollondilly, as we welcome a newly elected Mayor and Councillors and together build on our great foundations to create a high performing organisation for our rapidly growing Shire.”
Most recently the Chief Executive/State Manager of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia NSW Branch, Caroline was also a General Manager of Engineers Australia for many years and is a proud resident of the Wollondilly Shire.
As a dedicated community sector professional, she has seen first-hand how resilient communities play an important role in shaping the future.
