Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced contractors for the procurement of the proposed works and services as outlined below.
Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced Tenderers (the Contractor) for the construction of new culverts and road reconstruction which includes the installation of pre-cast concrete culverts, road reconstruction to Council standards and typical road furniture. Alterations to the banks of Navigation Creek at the abutments of the culvert will also be required to complete the project.
This tender should comprehensively cover all elements needed to manage and complete the work, including:
- Pre-planning and preparation (e.g. pedestrian management and traffic control)
- Material handling and disposal
- Provision of skilled labour, tools, equipment and materials
Execution of work in a safe, high quality and efficient manner per Council’s specifications and directions.
A MANDATORY Tender Briefing will be held on Friday 21 February 2025 at 10am.
The resulting contract will be a Lump Sum Contract.

Lodgement
Tenders may be electronically lodged via the Tenderlink.com website, or hand delivered to 62-64 Menangle St Picton (Tender Box), or post to PO Box 21 Picton. Council shall not accept any Tenders after the closing date and time. Council does not accept submissions via email or facsimile.
Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
