Complying with Consent, Issue of Construction Certificate

Once development consent is issued there may be conditions that must be complied with before a Construction Certificate can be issued. A Construction Certificate must be issued by either Council or an Accredited Certifier before any construction commences.

Optional Step 9A. BUILDING AND ISSUE OF CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATE

If Council is the Principal Certifier (PC) you must submit a Notice of Commencement of Building or Subdivision Work  prior to commencing works.
