Wollondilly residents can now walk or cycle between the towns of Picton and Tahmoor, with the completion of the new Picton to Tahmoor shareway.

The Stonequarry Creek native habitat Garden is a stunning site that runs alongside the Picton Botanic Gardens. The site is a focus location for Wollondilly Shire Council's Bushcare Program and council have worked with community and corporate volunteer groups to restore the river flat forest that used to occur on the site pre-settlement.

Any residents doing environmental restoration work like tree planting and land revegetation can have more.
