Wollondilly’s popular arts and cultural festival, Illuminate Wollondilly has been postponed due to the continuing Covid-19 situation and uncertainty regarding timing of the end of lockdown.
With original plans to hold the festival in September now off the agenda, the event is planned to be rescheduled for Friday 12, Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 November 2021.

The NSW Department of Planning, Industry & Environment (DPIE) has announced the rezoning of the Wilton Town Centre Precinct, which will be the residential, retail, commercial and entertainment centre of the Wilton Growth Area.

Wollondilly Council has been working around the clock to fix local roads and last night endorsed an additional $5.2m Road Recovery Plan of extra investment on roads over the next four months, in response to major damage inflicted on the Shire during the recent extreme weather event.
