An Important Note on the New Application process

We have rolled out a new application process for Planning Certificates. If you applied for a Planning Certificate via the old application form on or before Monday 1 May 2023, we will process the application as normal. Do not re-apply via the Customer Portal.

All applications from Tuesday 2 May 2023 will need to be applied for through the Customer Portal.
