Speaking Request Form

If you wish to speak about an item on the Local Planning Panel agenda, you must complete the form below.  Panel members will consider submissions made by objectors and applicants at the meeting.

Applications will be accepted until 12:00pm (noon) the day before the Local Planning Panel meeting.  Speakers have three (3) minutes to address the panel.

By submitting this form, you consent to being recorded and live streamed when addressing the Local Planning Panel.

Privacy Statement

The personal information you supply in this form is collected by Wollondilly Shire Council for the purpose of community consultation and matters of concern at the meeting.  The information collected on this form may or may not be recorded in the minutes of the Local Planning Panel. Regardless of whether the information is recorded in the minutes, the information shall be stored on Council's Electronic Data Management System. As such, this information could be subject to a request for access to information under the Government Information (Public Access) Act, 2009.
