• Community Satisfaction Survey reveals that locals love the Wollondilly lifestyle, satisfaction with Council is significantly higher

  The results of Wollondilly Shire Council’s annual Community Satisfaction Survey have revealed that residents love the Wollondilly lifestyle, with 95% rating their quality of life as good or excellent.
  
  Satisfaction with the Council itself has increased significantly, with 81% of residents satisfied with Council’s performance over the last 12 months; a 9% increase from 2023.

• PICTON BOTANIC GARDENS PLAYSPACE AND AMENITIES NOW OPEN

  On 8 July 2024 the Picton Botanic Gardens playspace and amenities were officially opened by Mayor Matt Gould and Local Member for Hume Angus Taylor MP. Deputy Mayor Matthew Deeth, Cr Suzy Brandstater, Cr Blair Briggs, Cr Hilton Gibbs, Cr Beverley Spearpoint, CEO Ben Taylor and Council staff were also in attendance.

  On behalf of Wollondilly Shire Council, Mayor Matt Gould has congratulated Olympian Hilary Scott on her qualification to compete in the 2024 Olympic Games.
