A Development Control Plan (DCP) provides detailed planning and design guidelines to support the planning controls in the Local Environmental Plan (LEP).
Site specific planning and design guidelines are proposed to be included within the Wollondilly Development Control Plan 2016 to guide the future development of the Macquariedale Road site should the rezoning proceed.
The proposed guidelines cover matters such as subdivision layout, road transport, infrastructure and pedestrian access, linkages and connectivity, landscaping and retention of vegetation.
