Draft Wollondilly Shire Contributions Plan 2025

Wollondilly Shire Council is inviting feedback on the draft Wollondilly Shire Contributions Plan 2025. 

A Contributions Plan ensures there is money (contributions) from developers to fund local infrastructure that is appropriate for the community. This may include local roads and pathways, parks and playing fields, libraries, community / recreational facilities, as well as plan administration.

The draft Wollondilly Shire Contributions Plan lists the land and works that are proposed to provide or improve local amenities and services in Wollondilly Shire. It has been redrafted following a routine review of the existing Contributions Plan, and will apply to the towns, villages, and lands outside of the Wilton and Appin Growth Areas.
