The Delivery Program & Operational Plan is Council's four year commitment to make progress towards the community's vision.
8 Key Priorities
The program was shaped by eight key community priorities:

- Preserving and enhancing the character of the Shire while sustainably managing growth and development
- Vital infrastructure to meet the needs of the growing community
- Local jobs, tourism, agribusiness
