Wollondilly Shire Council authorised the public notification of a Draft Planning Agreement (VPA) Tahmoor Coal at its 26 July 2022 Ordinary Council Meeting.
The Draft Planning Agreement has been prepared under Section 7.4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and provides for the monetary contributions to the Council for the amount of $3,375,000 to be applied towards the cost of master planning and implementation of embellishment works at Bargo Sports Ground.

After two years of cancellations due to Covid-19, Council will be hosting its popular Dilly Doggy Day Out on Sunday 21 August 2022.
