Wollondilly Shire Council has seen outstanding results in its October 2023 staff survey, with outcomes in key areas showing year on year improvement since the independently run survey was introduced in 2019.
Staff engagement is at an all-time high, with an overall engagement score of 77% moving Wollondilly to the top 5% of the benchmark for the 71 councils who take part in the survey.

Yianni Johns has been painting for decades and has held exhibitions of his art in many states of Australia, and internationally in New York, Montreal, Paris and Beijing.

Wollondilly Shire Council and Picton Rangers Soccer Club have secured funding to upgrade the amenities at Picton Sportsground.
Work will begin on site in January 2024 and the facility should be completed and ready for use by August 2024. There will be minimal disruptions to the use of the grounds and existing building while works are underway.
