6:00am - 8:00am | Talk2MeBro Breathwork & Ice Bath
Kick things off with a breathwork session and ice bath led by Talk2MeBro. Bring your swimmers, warm clothes, and a towel, and dive into a meaningful morning of connection and conversation. Breakfast from Bargo Men’s Shed and barista coffee will be ready to refuel you afterward!
9:30am - 10:30am | Bend By Courtney Yoga
For those looking for a slower start, join us for a Yoga session with Bend By Courtney, perfect for grounding yourself after a busy week. Breakfast and coffee are also included for everyone to enjoy.
7:00am - 11:30am | Breakfast & Coffee
Drop by anytime between 7:00am and 11:30am to grab a BBQ breakfast and freshly brewed coffee, and enjoy the company of your community. Everyone is welcome – come with a friend or solo!
