To help our local communities celebrate National Youth Week 2017, Wollondilly Shire Council, Campbelltown City Council and Camden Council, with the support of the NSW Government, are offering financial assistance to youth services, community groups and organisations to help them undertake Youth Week projects, events and activities.
National Youth Week 2017 will be held from Friday 31 March till Sunday 9 April 2017, and is the largest celebration of young people aged 12 to 25 across Australia.
Not for profit organisations, local youth services, schools, clubs or services can apply for up to $500 worth of partnership funding. So if you have a great idea for engaging local young people, but need financial support to get it off the ground, now is the time to make it happen.
Applications should reflect the 2017 Youth Week Theme “Be Here, Be Heard.”
GRANTS OPEN: 31 October 2016
GRANTS CLOSE: 12 December 2016
If you would like information about the funding, please call Council’s Community Projects & Events Team on 4677 1100.
