For the purposes of: Proposed Shed – Ancillary to Existing Waste Transfer Station

The Development Application is an Integrated Development under Section 91 of the Act. Approval for the proposed development is required from Department of Primary Industries – Water under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979, in respect of an approval under Section 91 of the Water Management Act, 2000.
The application and plans relating to the proposal may be inspected at Council’s Offices, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton, between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday (public holidays excepted) for 30 days commencing 16 March 2017.
Any person may make a written submission in relation to the Development Application.

Any submission you make is open to public scrutiny. Council is required to release written comments or submissions under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 [GIPAA]. In this regard, your comments should be restricted to the proposed development.
